Justin G. Poggioli (JP)
JP is the owner and CEO of Topsis Consulting. He acquired Topsis in 2025 after a career leading Salesforce and customer experience consulting practices, including serving as Chief Services Officer at Virsys12, a Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, and as a Senior Manager at West Monroe Partners, where he focused on CX strategy and contact center transformation. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Beyond the firm, Justin serves as President of the Board of Directors of the National Giving Alliance, a 140-year-old nonprofit providing new clothing and dignity to youth in need, and is a licensed coach with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), where he coaches student mountain bikers. Topsis serves as a proud sponsor of the Lower Bucks Composite youth mountain bike team as well as the National Giving Alliance.

Randall Hibbard
Randall is the Salesforce Delivery Lead at Topsis Consulting, where he oversees technical delivery and helps clients turn complex business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions. Prior to joining Topsis, Randall spent more than four years at Slalom, most recently as a Principal, leading Salesforce initiatives across a range of industries.
He holds a B.S. in Network Engineering from Johnson & Wales University and multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II. Outside of work, Randall is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking and live music.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Ryan helps financial organizations get more from their Salesforce investment through smarter platform strategy, streamlined operations, and scalable growth planning. His path to Topsis runs through pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and technology consulting, where he sharpened the client relationship and business strategy skills he now brings to every complex cloud implementation.
A graduate of Ursinus College with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. When he's not working, he’s spending time with his wife and two children, training for his next race, planning a trip near or far, or out on the lacrosse field — either playing or coaching the next generation of players.
